Holzschneidebrett BENNY von MAOMI ist ein hochwertiger Küchenhelfer. Das Holz der Olivenbäume wächst nur sehr langsam, wodurch es eine höhere Dichte und Festigkeit als anderes Holz erhält. Zudem ist es sehr ölhaltig und wirkt dadurch antibakteriell. Es nimmt keine Gerüche und keine Feuchtigkeit auf und lässt sich leicht reinigen. BENNY ist deshalb besonders schnittfest und langlebig. Das von Hand gearbeitete Olivenholz stammt ausschließlich von älteren tunesischen Bäumen, die keine Früchte mehr tragen. Außerdem wird es vor der endgültigen Bearbeitung lange getrocknet. Die Holzmaserung erinnert an Mamor und die Stärke des Brettes macht dieses besonders wertvoll. Jedes Brett ist ein Unikat mit einzigartiger Oberfläche.
