Corkscrew Le "de Gaulle"
The classic corkscrew Le "de Gaulle" from L'Atelier du Vin impresses with its user-friendliness and robustness. The corkscrew owes its name to the former French President Charles de Gaulle. A head and two levers as an army, an image of how he addressed his people, gesticulating wildly. The de Gaulle corkscrew has a forged spindle with a Teflon coating and five turns, which reinforces the anchoring and hold of the metal when pulling out the cork. The timeless look and simple silver finish make the corkscrew a must-have for every kitchen or bar and for every household. The corkscrew is very easy to use:
1. center the tip of the spindle on the cork by positioning the inner support of the corkscrew vertically on the neck of the bottle.
2. screw in the spindle firmly without touching the levers of the "de Gaulle" so that they can slide freely upwards.
3. push the levers down to pull the cork out of the neck of the wine bottle.
