Environmentally friendly production as a trademark
Natural materials are primarily used in the manufacture of the products. The sustainability aspect plays an important role here. Both the longevity and the environmental aspect of the choice of materials are carefully considered in order to achieve the best possible quality with the lowest possible environmental impact. The mohair fibers used by Stackelbergs in production are sourced from sustainable goat farms and are certified in accordance with the Responsible Mohair Standard (RMS).
Mohair wool for the extra cuddle factor
Mohair is a type of natural fiber obtained from the hair of the Angora goat. This particular breed of goat is known for its silky and curly coat. The fiber obtained from the hair of these goats is called mohair. Mohair wool is very light and silky and is known for its suppleness. In addition, the fibers are resistant to wear and tear, they are naturally elastic and retain their shape well. All this provides natural thermal insulation in cool temperatures and is supple and comfortable against the skin. The mohair deluxe blanket from our range, for example, consists of almost 90% mohair wool and is therefore exceptionally comfortable.
