In 2015, Giobagnara bought RABITTI, the first company to manufacture products from saddle leather. Rudi Rabitti, the founder of the company, was already offering fine home accessories made of the solid material in 1969. Saddle leather is so thick and robust that it does not need any reinforcement and can be used to create entire furniture pieces. The Italian leather is vegetable tanned and dyed with natural tannins. This gives it its soft consistency. No chrome or synthetic substances are used in the processing.
