The German family business F. HAMMANN has been producing in Offenbach since 1864. Now in its 5th generation, the manufacturer has deliberately decided against relocating production abroad and concentrates fully on the know-how of its local employees. Due to the 100% production in the own workshop in Offenbach, F. HAMMANN benefits from fast development times as well as short production and transport routes. The bundled expertise and the large number of special machines have remained in their manufactory since the company was founded and allow the creative freedom to concentrate completely on the design and manufacture of special leather goods.

CHERVO CALFSKIN
This soft yet sturdy calf leather gets its natural and warm colours from the rare and expensive aniline dyeing process. In contrast to most types of leather, no topcoat is applied here, which would also conceal scratches and scars in the leather, but water-based dyes are left in the leather. Irrespective of the uniquely soft feel, these leathers acquire an increasingly beautiful patina over the years, as no topcoat can flake off. F. HAMMANN has this leather tanned exclusively in Italy - Santa Croce near Florence - from the best Alpine hides. This is done without the addition of chrome salts and in absolutely closed cycles with a clear undercutting of the EU environmental standards. Natural products and skilled craftsmanship create unique quality products.

The manicure cases are equipped with high-quality steelware from Eschenburg. These precious items, made in Germany, are characterised by their precision and durability. The production is based on modern technology as well as traditional craftsmanship, which makes the products particularly user-friendly and of high quality. The modern design perfectly complements the valuable leather cases by F. HAMMANN.
